What services do you offer?
I offer sober companioning, sober coaching, and sober escorting. Each service is tailored to support individuals in recovery, whether you're newly sober, navigating a transition, or maintaining long-term sobriety.
Who are your services for?
I work with all demographics and genders. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and rooted in respect for every client’s unique path and identity.
How do I know if I need a sober companion or coach?
If you're finding it difficult to maintain sobriety alone, feeling isolated in your recovery, or navigating high-risk environments like travel, events, or daily life, a sober companion or coach can provide hands-on, real-time support. Many clients come to me after treatment or during major life transitions when relapse risk is high and accountability is essential.
What does a sober companion do?
A sober companion provides personalized, real-time, hands-on support during the critical stages of your recovery journey. Unlike other methods, they are physically present to offer guidance, emotional support, and accountability exactly when you need it most. Whether you're facing cravings, social situations, or the day-to-day challenges of sobriety, a sober companion is there to help you stay on track. They ensure that the tools, principles, and skills you’ve learned are applied to real-life situations, giving you the best chance at lasting recovery. Every step of the way, you have a professional walking with you.
How will a sober companion help me?
A sober companion offers personalized, hands-on support to guide you through the challenges of early recovery. Here’s how I help:
What are the benefits of having a sober companion versus more traditional methods?
Traditional recovery methods, like group therapy or outpatient treatment, often don’t offer the constant, individualized support that many people need in early recovery. These methods typically focus on the clinical side of recovery, but sober companioning gives you 24/7 real-world assistance. You're not just sitting in a room talking about recovery—you’re applying it in your daily life. A sober companion adapts to your specific needs, offering immediate, hands-on support during moments of struggle, helping you stay grounded in the face of temptation, and reinforcing positive new habits. The continuous care you receive ensures a much higher chance of long-term success than more traditional methods alone.
How is your business different from therapy or rehabilitation centers?
While traditional therapy and rehab are vital components of recovery, sober companioning and coaching offer something uniquely practical, immediate, and immersive. A sober companion is physically present with you — in your home, at work, while traveling, or in other high-risk situations — providing real-time support, structure, and accountability. This boots-on-the-ground approach not only helps prevent relapse by addressing triggers in the moment, but also includes skills training, goal-setting, and routine-building to reinforce healthy habits and long-term stability. Coaching complements this by offering a structured space to set goals, build life skills, navigate transitions, and stay grounded in your recovery plan. Unlike therapy, which often explores your past and inner dynamics, my services are action-oriented, present-focused, and highly personalized to meet the unique demands of day-to-day sober living.
What qualifications do you have?
I hold licensure as an Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and have over 7 years of personal experience in long-term sobriety. My background combines clinical training with lived experience — creating a strong foundation for practical, compassionate support.
Is your service confidential?
Yes — all services are strictly confidential, unless a signed release form allows communication with outside parties (such as a therapist, sponsor, or family member).
What if I want discretion?
While at my core, I believe there is no shame in sobriety, I understand that discretion is important for some families and professionals. Whether it's a work party, event appearance, or a social gathering, I blend in seamlessly, offering quiet encouragement and support without drawing attention to your sobriety. You’ll receive the guidance you need, all while feeling comfortable and confident in any setting.
